Yummy and delicious kids healthy cookies/biscuits/snacks with homemade baby cerelac powder that I have posted earlier. My sister gave this wonderful idea to prepare this cookie/biscuit. My father used to buy a sweet named as ‘manila cake’ in our childhood. The name might be called as a cake but it will look like cookies. I wonder how the cookie name is ‘manila cake’. Whatever it might be, I like that sweet very much 🙂 . This cookie taste reminds me that same sweet.

Love your recipe, so many goodies in one cookie! Is it possible to substitute ghee, to make it vegan?

      hi, thanks for stopping by.
you can replace ghee with oil. I haven’t tried with oil but I prefer coconut oil for healthy flavors.
